LIGHTING

  • Turn on ALL interior lights
  • Replace burnt out light bulbs
  • Make sure bulb colors match when possible
  • Open all blinds and curtains for natural light
  • Turn OFF all ceiling fans

CLEANING & DECLUTTERING

  • Clear kitchen countertops as much as possible
  • Remove personal photos and personal items
  • Hide cords, chargers, remotes & miscellaneous items
  • Empty or minimize trash cans
  • Put away cleaning supplies
  • Remove pet bowls, toys & litter boxes if possible

KITCHEN

  • Clear magnets and papers from refrigerator
  • Store dish soap and sponges under sink
  • Remove drying racks & excess countertop appliances
  • Straighten dining chairs and bar stools

BATHROOMS

  • Put toilet seats DOWN
  • Remove toothbrushes, razors, soaps & toiletries
  • Hang fresh, clean towels neatly
  • Wipe mirrors and counters

BEDROOMS

  • Make all beds neatly
  • Remove excess pillows, clothes & clutter
  • Hide laundry baskets if possible

EXTERIOR

  • Move vehicles out of driveway
  • Put trash cans out of sight
  • Sweep driveways, sidewalks & patios
  • Straighten outdoor furniture
  • Remove hoses, toys & yard clutter

DAY OF THE SHOOT

Please have:

  • Garage doors closed
  • Pets secured 
  • Home fully ready at scheduled shoot time
