Copyright Notice:
Corridor Home Photos does not sell copyrights to any images or video, we license their use to market the properties for sale. Clients can not sell, gift, or transfer usage rights to any third parties including other agents, builders, property stagers, or designers. Third parties must contact Corridor Home Photos for permission to use any content. Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
There is no fee for cancellations or reschedules 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. A $75 cancellation fee may be charged if canceled within 24hrs of appointment. Client agrees to pay the full service fee if canceled/rescheduled after the photographer has departed for the appointment or if the property is not ready for services upon arrival.

Payment:
Payment for services is due at the time of delivery. If invoices are not paid within 30 days of shoot date a $25 late fee will be added and any discounts applied to a package are subject to removal.

Illness -Please confirm your clients do not have any symptoms at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time. Our team has the right to refuse to shoot in a sick household and you will be charged for the appointment if canceled or rescheduled after arrival.

Inclement Weather Policy:
Client will contact CHP for rescheduling an appointment due to inclement weather ( active heavy rain, snow, sleet, etc). There will be no fee to reschedule if done prior to the photographer departing for the appointment.

Property Conditions:
All properties will be photographed as is. Client is responsible for making sure the listing is clean and ready for photography at time of service. Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, moving personal items or moving furniture around the home. Photographer may adjust window treatments, move small items or turn on/off lights as necessary but is not a stager, decorator, or home cleaner. Client shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer’s safety and that pets are confined out of view.
Photographer will not enter a property with unsecured pets unless the homeowner or agent is present.
Photographer will not enter any property that is occupied with unaccompanied minors unless agent is present.
